73rd Parliament Charity Organization was formal registered on 22nd day of January 2015, as a CBO with the Directorate of Community Services under Registration No. 503/198.

In light of Socio-political and economic challenges affecting the local communities, the organization has been established with a vision to have empowered, goal-driven & transformed society.

The organization is a member of Arua District NGO Network (ADINGONI), a member of Uganda Small Scale Industrialists Association (USSIA), a member of Uganda Youth Network (UYONET) & a founder member of West Nile Youth Coalition (WYC).
